Terms and Conditions Due to being a small, start-up company with a hand-sewn product, all styles are subject to availability. Large orders may require six to eight weeks lead-time. When inventory allows orders will be shipped within 48 hours of payment being received. Customers can expect to be notified with an expected arrival date when selected styles are not available. If any alternate styles may be substituted please include the Item# in the comments section on the order form. Introductory packs can usually be filled immediately. Orders received by September 30, 2008 will be shipped after November 1, 2008. Orders received after October 1, 2008 will be shipped after December 1, 2008.
No Minimum Order Payment must be received prior to shipping.
Shipping Policy: Shipping costs vary by destination, weight, and speed of delivery. We ship orders via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Orders will be shipped via ground service unless otherwise specified. Please call us directly (562) 508-1318 if you would like shipping to be billed to an individual account number.

Return/Exchange Policy: All merchandise has been carefully inspected prior to shipping. If you are not satisfied, unopened packages may be returned within 14 days at no charge (excludes shipping costs). Returns after 14 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Merchandise returned must be unopened and in resaleable condition. Please make your selection carefully.
